Any refund requests that comply with our policies and guidelines should be submitted to the following emails:
1. No Refund for Uncompleted Classes:
- Once sessions have commenced, refunds will not be provided. It is expected that all scheduled sessions are to be completed according to schedule. This policy is in place to ensure that students fully commit to their learning journey and attend all the sessions they have signed up for. It encourages accountability and responsibility for their own education. By completing all scheduled sessions, students have the opportunity to fully benefit from the course and maximize their learning outcomes.
- If a student neglects their classes for the entire duration of the course, no refund will be issued. This is to discourage students from enrolling in courses without the intention of actively participating and engaging in the learning process. It also protects the integrity of the course and the efforts put in by the instructors. By attending classes regularly, students have the opportunity to interact with the teacher or coaches, ask questions, and fully immerse themselves in the learning experience.
2. Refund Consideration for Classes:
- In the event that the teacher or coach cancels the package due to unforeseen events or other reasonable situations, a full refund will be granted or the value of the remaining classes will be refunded.
- If the package is cancelled at least 5 days before the start of the classes, a refund will be processed. However, a 10% charge will be deducted from the total class or program amount.
3. Refund Arising from Payment Error:
If it can be proven with records that Pro-Icon Sports Management/Education has received the payment, but an error occurs on the user’s part preventing access to the classes or program, a refund will be considered. The refund amount will be equivalent to the payment made by the user.
4. Notes:
- All refund requests arising from payment errors must be accompanied by appropriate documentation and evidence.
- These policies are designed to ensure fairness and maintain the quality of training and education provided by Pro-Icon Sports Management/Education

- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of the request and once verified.
