Cancellation requests that comply with our policies and guidelines should be sent to the following email addresses:
1. Cancellation of Daily Classes:
If a student wishes to cancel a specific day of class, we must be notified at least 6 hours before the session starts at info@proiconsportsae.com. It is important to note that each cancelled class without prior notification will be considered a completed session, and no make-up class or refund will be granted.
2. Cancellation due to Fortuitous Events:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as flooding, lockdowns, the inability to use grounds or to travel, arrangements will be made to reschedule the classes or program. Students are advised to keep in contact with us to discuss alternative arrangements.
3. Cancellation of the Entire Program:
If a student wishes to cancel the entire program, a written request must be submitted to our email address info@proiconsportsae.com at least 5 days before the classes start. Refund will be given based on the total amount minus a 10% charge. The refund will be processed within 30 business days from the date of the request and after verification.
